Quick reminder, which I truly hope isn’t a reminder.  Court and I are getting married this Saturday, I hope you all have already RSVP’d.  Therefore the 8:30 am class will be the only class available.  This WOD is going to be a blast, please feel free to bring your significant other or a friend that you may have been trying to get into Functional Fitness.  We’re are also going to have a special guest joining in on the fun.  Come in a help us start this amazing day for both of us on the right foot.
