Tuesday 120612 – Functional Fitness Kids

Strength/Skill:
Warm up:

  • Plank Relay
    Team lines up in Plank position 10 ft from a cone. The first person jumps up, runs around the cone and then assumes plank position at the other end of the line. The line inches its way across the room one runner at a time until all team members haver run 3 times.

Skill work:

  • Wall drills for Squats:
    Supine wall squat
    Wall Sit
    Squat therapy
WOD:
21-15-9 or 15-12-9 Reps of:

  • Squats
  • Tuck jumps
  • Do 3 forward rolls between rounds
