Strength:

  • Overhead Squat 3 x 5

WOD:

  • 7 Bear Makers 95#/65#
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 6 Bear Makers
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 5 Bear Makers
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • Continue in this fashion till you finish with 1 Bear Maker and 10 Pull Ups

* Bear Maker consists of Hang power clean, lunge forward both feet, thruster bar to back, lunge forward both feet, rack thruster bar to front.  This equals one rep, furthermore once you pick the bar up you are not allowed to touch the bar on the ground till you’re finished with the whole process.  For example 7 Bear Makers equals on full rep of the Bear Maker Complex, however I’m not allowed to drop, set or touch the bar to the ground until I finish all 7 repetitions.  You can rest the bar on your shoulders, back, hips or any other way you can just so long as the bar does not touch the ground.  If the bar does touch the ground you must start that set over, therefore CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHT WISELY.
