This Thursday May 7th, the 8 am class will be cancelled.  We’re volunteering at Northglenn High School Stem School from 7-9.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  Our goal is to help introduce young teens to health and wellness at a young age, and to hopefully allow them to avoid the same health issues that are plaguing this great country of ours.
