Strength/Skill:
  • Back Squat 1X8 @ 70%, 1X8 @ 75%, 1X5 @ 85%, 1X5 @ 90% – rest 1:00-2:00 between sets. (Percentage is based of 3 RM 120521)
WOD:
4 rounds for total reps of the 4 minute dual effort of:2 minute AMRAP of:

  • 20 Split Squat Switch (10 ea)
  • 10 HR Pushups
  • 10 Pullups

2 minutes to complete:

  • 1 ME UB Set of Power Cleans @ 75% (1 RM Clean any Style)

*All Cleans must be touch and go, once bar rests on floor set is over.  Athlete can begin cleans at any point during 2 minutes, however once 2 minutes is up the set is over.
