For Time:
- 10 Snatch 95#/65#
- 19 KB Swings 55#/35#
- 27 Sit Ups
- 29 Pull Ups
- 81 Burpee/Box Jump
* For the Burpee/Box Jump you are allowed to break them up however you’d like, each successful rep of a box jump or a burpee counts as a single rep. So if you did a burpee than a box jump that would count as two reps. However, you must perform a total of 40 burpees and 41 box jumps.
Coaches Thoughts: Congrats to Jake who just barely got the time of the day at 9:13 with David and Court(me) with close seconds at 9:16. Just the way it should be, you should rock your own b-day WOD! We were super excited to see David this morning, who did really well with his snatch and got his kipping pull ups today as well. It was interesting to see how each athlete broke up the box jumps and burpees, there was a little tactic in the WOD today. Congrats to Jess, who rocked her box jumps and was the only girl to do the snatch RX’d. Jess has never done a box jump to the 20″ box before and did all of her box jumps to the 20″ box today! Super excited for you Jess, and congrats on the weight loss and getting the diet dialed in. I know it is a challenge and we can’t express how proud we are of you! Glad to see Rob back, we have missed you!
