In a Team of 3 Perform AMRAP in 14 Minutes:
*Athletes will rotate through movements. On 3,2,1 Athlete A will begin with a 200m Run, Athlete B will perform AMRAP of bench press. During this time Athlete C will be resting. Once Athlete A returns from the 200m run, athletes will rotate movements. Athlete C goes to the run, Athlete B goes to rest and Athlete A goes to bench. Score will be for both total rounds and reps performed on bench press. |
