With a Partner Complete AMRAP in 14 Minutes:
*Athlete A will begin by performing AMRAP of Wall Balls, while athlete B holds a barbell overhead. Once athlete B can no longer hold the weight overhead or athlete A achieves 20 Reps athletes will trade movements. Athletes will repeat the same sequence, when athletes trade positions for the second time athlete A will perform AMRAP of over box jumps. Continue this for 12 minutes alternating between Wall Balls/Over Box Jumps after both athletes complete the given movement. |
