With a Partner Perform For Time/AMRAP:

*Partner 1 with begin with the 200m run, during that time partner 2 with perform as many reps as possible of a given exercise that both partner choose. Once partner 1 returns from the run partners will trade responsibilities, meaning partner 2 will run while partner 1 performs the AMRAP. However once an exercise is used it is no longer available to use. |
