With a Partner Perform 5 Rds of the Following for time:

  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 40 Sit Ups
  • 50 Squats

*Only one person is  allowed to work at a time.  Partners are allowed to portion the reps however they like.  Each exercise must be completed before partners move on the next exercise.
