Coaches Thoughts:The athlete of the day was EASY today…David came to the 8:30 class and did great putting up the fastest time of 23:27, and then was warming up with the 9:30 class. I jokingly asked him if he was going to do it again and he said yes…and he really did do the WOD a second time! I am guessing that doing the burpee challenge made David even more of a stud than he was before! And he beat his time the second round…still beating everyone else! Other great performances we put in by Edna who ran her first 800 without walking, and Karmen who did her WOD of AMRAP in 20 min of 5 pull ups, 7 ring dips and 9 KB swings. She got 13 rounds +8 reps. Very proud of Karmen for continuing to come and work her butt off even with her bum ankle. After class Jake got a clean PR of 195, and Karmen got an unbroken pull up PR of 21.
