Sorry everyone open gym is cancelled today, we had a ton of success with the all day demolition party on Saturday.  However the gym is still a bit of a mess so if your interested or really want a WOD you’re more then welcome to help us clean and get the gym back into working order.  Plan is to meet at the gym at 10:30 am and work for what ever length of time your willing to help out.  Thanks in advance for any help, once again it’s beyond obvious why we are the luckiest coaches and people in the world to have all of you as part of our amazing FAMILY.
