Thursday, January 19th and 26th we will be holding our first two part nutrition and goals seminar.  No this in not a seminar to discuss or outline this years “NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS” or lack thereof.  In part I we will be discussing the basics and concepts of The Paleo and Zone diets, in addition we will be discussing goal setting and follow through.  In part II we will have a large question and answer portion to discuss what we learned and PRACTICED in part I.  We will finish the seminar with discussing application, journaling, and ways to help you succeed and reach your goals.  There is one catch to this seminar however, if you attend this seminar you must provide a nutrition journal outlining the week between the 19th and 26th.   If you have any questions regarding this seminar please ask one of the coaches.
