Great job today everyone who came out for our session today at the Westy Rec Center, it was a nice change of pace and scenery.

WOD:

For Time:

  • 6 Stair Climbs
  • AMRAP Push Ups
  • 6 Hill Runs
  • AMRAP Squats
  • 80 yrds Long Jump Burpee 

* In a team of two perform each exercise, as one person runs the stairs/hill the other partner does as many push ups/squats until your partner comes back.  Time stops when both people finish long jump burpees together.
