So, Karmen and I did this workout at the “other” gym today. I can’t do double-unders yet so I subbed tuck jumps. I really don’t like them at all! My time was 15:22.
As Susan indicated we did tuck jumps for the DUs. Also, we used a 30# KB since there wasn’t a 35# available. My time was 15:21.
Thats awesome you both did this, I hope that you were able to practice double unders. However, nice time with the tuck jumps. Oh we found some child care places close to the gym, I’m planning on calling or checking them out tomorrow.
