WOD

“Filthy Fifty”

For time:

  • 50 Box jump, 24 inch box
  • 50 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
  • Walking Lunge, 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
  • 50 Back extensions
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders

Great job today everyone, it was an absolute inspiration seeing you all put in the effort you did today.  Shannon, Jake, Aaron, and Andrea you guys rocked it this morning.  Andrea you did an amazing job, especially since it was your first Functional Fitness WOD.  Russ you did excellent today finishing up the foundations portion, and I can’t wait to see you working with everyone else.

EVERYONE rocked this workout! It will be great to see how we all do in 3 months! So proud of everyone for pushing through this and finishing as strong as we did!

    First time doing this WOD Rx’d. Wanted to puke by the time I got to the back extensions and wanted to quit by the time I got to the burpees.

    I am glad I saw it through, but it was a real slog!
