  • Handstand Hold x 10 seconds
  • Band Pull a parts x 10-15

Strength:

  • TnG Power Snatch 5 x 2 @ 70%+ (Top every 60 seconds)

Skill:

  •  Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat
Adam/Bill’s B-Day WOD:
In Teams of 2 Perform the Following For Time:

  • 100 KB Swings

Then

10 Rds of:

  • 5 Power Snatches
  • 5 Snatch Balance
  • 5 OH Squats

*Partners will alternate Rds.  Ex. Partners A performs 5 pwr snatches, 5 snatch balances, 5 oh squats, and then Partner B goes.  Once athletes complete 10 rds total time stops.
