Coaches Thoughts:After the last two days everyone was pretty wrecked so today was a nice change of pace with the focus on endurance. The improvement of everyone on double unders has been great! Joe had a break through today and rocked his with tons of consistency! We want to welcome Travis and Kerrie who both did fundamentals earlier in the week but today was both of their first official Functional Fitness WOD! You both did awesome and we are so excited to have you and see what you can achieve! Congrats to Jess who got 17 DU in a row(PR) in the 30sec set…but now we just need to teach her how to breath and do DU! Nice work today girl and welcome back!
