  • Even Minutes – Handstand Push Ups (Elite) Perform 8-10 (Advanced) 5-7 (Beginner) Perform 3-5 sub Hand Release Push Up 20-25 (Elite) 15-20 (Advanced) 10-15 (Beginner)

*Score Heaviest set of 3 Hang Squat Clean, Handstand Push Up Score amount of handstand or push ups maintained if fail score worst set.

  • 1 Minute Row (maintain highest watts)
  • 1 Minute Hollow Rockers
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • Mobility
