Ok everyone we’ve had great feedback from a lot of people regarding the sweat class. We’re going to give it a trial run starting this Wednesday at 9:15 am and 5 pm. We may also run it on Saturday at 9:45 in place of the normal Functional Fitness Class time. This class is going to be a blast and a change of pace. It will be 45 minutes geared towards more of an aerobic stimulus with some resistance training incorporated into it. There will be no barbell work incorporated into this class. This will be a trial class, so times may change, and if the want is there we will add additional times. If you have any questions please let us know.
