The program combines movements such as sprinting, rowing, biking, skiing, jumping rope, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics implements, pull up bars, medicine balls, boxes and sleds.
