There will only be one class time for today at 8:30 am, due to the Winter WODFest Comp hosted by Functional Fitness Eminence.  It would be amazing to have as many members of the Surge Family come out and help support each athlete who is competing.  Functional Fitness Eminence is located at 864 E 78th Ave Thornton, CO 80229. Heat times are listed below for each athlete.

• JD: Saturday 8:00, 11:30, Sunday 8:00, 10:30
• Jason: Saturday 9:00, 12:30 Sunday 8:40, 11:30
• Brandon: Saturday 9:15, 12:45 Sunday 8:50, 11:45
• Amie: Saturday 9:45, 1:15 Sunday 9:10, 12:15
• Rachel: Saturday 10:45, 2:15 Sunday 9:50, 1:15

The 3rd event on Saturday will begin at 3:00 and will go as long as it takes for all the athletes to finish.
